We have hired the Administrative Director. Her name is Cecilia and she will:

• Liaise with government officials for operational support.

• Coordinate and oversee lifeguard certification with TALISS.

• Manage engagement with government rescue operations and lifeguard certification for fire department, police, and JKT officers.

• Supervise beach operations, ensuring lifeguard accountability for safety protocols, attendance, equipment care, and diligence in monitoring for rescues.

• Support and maintain swimming lessons for children.

• Implement and enforce the lifeguard code of conduct, preventing sexual harassment and gender violence.

As well as other tasks.
