This afternoon we visited Coco Beach again, and we saw the whole team of lifeguards in uniform. They offered to show me a simulated rescue, where I was the person being rescued. It was a really fun experience, and it made me realize how trained our lifeguards are, as they can save a real drowning victim in a matter of minutes if they need to.
