This past weekend, our lifeguards spotted something in the water and quickly identified it as a body that had likely been there for around 24 hours. They managed to recover it from the ocean. The cause of death remains unclear, but authorities suspect the individual was placed in the water after death, as the victim was found fully dressed. This was a very tragic incident, and I want to sincerely thank our lifeguards for their professionalism and courage in handling the recovery.
